In therapy, I hope to offer you new tools and strategies to help you achieve your goals. We will also lean into and build on your strengths.
Therapy sessions will be a time of self-exploration. We can take a pace that feels most helpful to you. I like to build a sense of safety between my clients and me in order for my clients to feel that they can show up as their most authentic selves. Along the way, we will set goals together to manage concerns that show up as anxiety, depression, etc., and heal in a way that makes the most sense for you by providing useful coping skills. As your therapist, I aid in helping you access your insight and empower you through integrative, strengths-based, sex-positive, feminist, and empathic approaches.
I wholeheartedly experience joy in providing support for those who experience anxiety, and all the many ways anxiety can show up. I also enjoy working with people experiencing relationship concerns, be it with friends, partner/s, and or family members. My interest also lies in working with the LGBTQIA+ community, individuals in non-monogamous/polyamorous relationships, sex workers, and those who take part in or want to explore a kink-friendly way of living. Additionally, I have a passion for working with those who are interested in exploring holistic approaches to healing such as breathwork, meditation, dance, yoga, and play.
