Anger Gym Workshop

Reclaim your power by releasing your anger with facilitated expression.

Join us for a powerful and interactive Anger Gym Workshop. Discover effective strategies to manage and channel your anger with healthy somatic* expression.

This workshop is for you if you:

  • have difficulty setting boundaries
  • are grieving and wanting support accessing or accepting the anger phase
  • have received messages that your anger is ‘not okay’
  • don’t want to feel alone with your feelings
  • feel stuck in past resentments and hurts
  • want to harness the power of intention in your life
  • change your relationship with your feelings

This in-person event is open to 20 women and will be held at Living Well Psychotherapy, 1740 Ridge Avenue, #007, Evanston, IL. You will be guided through various bioeneregetic exercises and somatic expression techniques to help you release your anger and other emotions from your body. The result? A feeling of liberation, power, and appreciation of the beauty and wisdom that lies in acknowledging, processing and expressing your anger.

Facilitated by breathwork-certified coach and former therapist Jillian Eichel-Dobray and somatics-trained therapist Ruth Minnick who have a combined 30+ years of experience facilitating and empowering women.
