Grief Focus Group

Do you feel dragged down by feelings of loss? Do you feel unmotivated, stuck, and as though you are unable to move forward with your life? If so, you may be experiencing grief and loss. The purpose of our grief and loss group is to create a safe, nonjudgemental space for people to come together and share their experiences with grief and form a sense of community. Grief comes in many forms, and can extend to financial loss, termination of a relationship, loss of identity, etc. Please feel free to contact Elyse or Don with any queries regarding fit in the group, or any other concerns.
