As a Clinical Mental Health Counsellor with a Master’s from Northwestern University, I’ve worked with diverse people, helping them overcome obstacles and transform their lives. My approach is direct, and down-to-earth and focuses on creating a non-judgmental space where you can feel at ease. In this more relaxed, safe space, we can let our guards down to feel more fully and to think more clearly and objectively. We’ll use self-awareness to explore how your past shapes your present and to create a vision for a future that feels more aligned with who you are inside. I am also trained in EMDR and other Trauma based approaches that help release unwanted beliefs, emotions, and habits from your past. Together, we’ll understand thought and behavioral patterns, develop coping skills, and tap into inherent strengths so you can heal and create a life you love, step by step.
