Whatever brought you here, you don’t need to have it all figured out. These are some of the areas our therapists focus on.
For worry, panic, overthinking, and the feeling of never quite being able to settle.
Support for healing from single events or long-standing experiences, at a pace that feels safe.
Help with communication, conflict, trust, and finding your way back to each other.
Family-involved support for academic, social, behavioral, and emotional challenges.
A private, respectful space for teens navigating stress, identity, and relationships.
Care where you can be fully yourself, with therapists who understand identity and relationships.
Healing in connection with others who understand what you’re going through.
Secure video sessions with our therapists, available to clients throughout Illinois.
Our therapists are trained in a range of evidence-based and body-centered approaches. Many clients benefit from a blend, and your therapist will tailor the work to you.
A structured, evidence-based approach that helps distressing memories lose their emotional charge.
Get to know the different parts of yourself with curiosity and compassion, rather than fighting them.
Work with the body and nervous system, where stress and emotion are often held.
Explore how past experiences and patterns shape the way you feel and relate today.
A tailored blend of approaches, chosen around your needs rather than a single method.
For the things that are easier to show than to say, using creative expression as part of therapy.
Guided breathing practices, including somatic breathwork, to help regulate the nervous system.
Forward-focused support for goals, transitions, and personal growth.
We believe in offering support even if you can’t be in-person. Traffic, weather, childcare, packed calendars, none of that should keep you from getting help.
We help many people remotely who may feel anxious, stuck, or simply not like themselves. You deserve care that fits your life and treats you as a whole human, not a diagnosis.
We see the whole you. Sessions are warm, collaborative, and paced to your nervous system—not a protocol.
Our intake team listens first, then hand-matches you with a best-fit clinician based on goals, style, culture, and lived experience.
We integrate talk therapy with somatic and experiential tools so change is felt, not just discussed.
Inclusive care for LGBTQ+ and BIPOC clients; we meet you where you are with curiosity and respect.
HIPAA-compliant platform, end-to-end encryption, evenings and lunch hours available, continuity when traveling in Illinois.
We’ll verify your benefits and outline costs up front, so there are no surprises.

Your first session is a chance to get to know your therapist and share what’s bringing you in, at whatever pace feels comfortable. Your therapist will ask about your history and goals, explain how they work, and answer your questions. You don’t need to prepare anything.
You don’t have to be sure, that’s actually very normal. Many people come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or just knowing something isn’t quite right. You don’t need a clear reason or a “big enough” problem to start. If you’re curious, that’s enough. We’ll figure it out together.
We offer in-person, online, and hybrid sessions, whatever works best for your life. Some people prefer the comfort of home, others value being in the room, and many do a mix of both. We’ll meet you where you are, literally and emotionally.
It depends on you. Many people start with weekly sessions to build momentum, but therapy isn’t rigid. Together with your therapist, you’ll find a rhythm that fits your needs, your schedule, and your goals. This is your process, we adapt to you.
Yes. Your privacy is deeply important to us. Everything you share in therapy is confidential, with a few legal exceptions related to safety (which your therapist will explain clearly). Our goal is to create a space where you feel safe to be fully yourself.
