Hello, I’m Natalie!
I believe therapy is a space where we can be curious, not judgmental. In our work together, I aim to create a warm and supportive environment where we can explore how your past may be shaping your present and find pathways toward growth, healing, and greater peace. Looking inward can be difficult and sometimes painful, but you don’t have to do it alone.
My approach is client-centered and collaborative. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and our work begins wherever you are and moves at a pace that feels right for you. Together, we’ll approach challenges with curiosity and compassion as you reconnect with your strengths and authentic self.
I support teenagers, young adults, and adults navigating concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, life transitions, relationship challenges, prenatal and postpartum experiences, and body image concerns. I draw from EMDR, CBT, and DBT to tailor therapy to each person’s needs.
I earned my Master’s in Social Work from the University of Pittsburgh and a Bachelor’s in Strategic Communications from Ohio University. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Illinois, Massachusetts, and Pennsylvania. Outside of work, I enjoy reading, tackling a challenging puzzle, taking far too many photos of my orange tabby Norman, and searching for my next sweet treat.
